TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.I have the right to reject any orders I do not feel comfortable with for any reason.

◇ USD ONLY -- Accepting Paypal, Cashapp, or Kofi.◇ Commissions and reference sheets can be 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after lines are approved.◇ Custom adopts must be paid 100% upfront. I will not start until paid.◇ I will communicate with the buyer through out commission with questions or updates, please respond in a timely manner. I will not chase you for responses, if I do not receive any interaction from the buyer for a week without notice the commission will be forfeited with no refund.◇ Turn around time is anywhere from a few days - 2 months. This depends on health, complexity of piece, and other work/responsibilities. A rush fee for 24 hour completion is optional for an extra $50.◇ I will send the buyer a final sketch, this will be the buyers last chance to make changes to the design. Any changes after will result in a fee.◇ Buyer is not allowed a refund after commission is started.◇ If the buyer cancels before commission is started or for some reason I'm unable to start, the buyer will get a full refund.◇ If issuing a refund I will send it to the buyer myself. Do not request a chargeback. If at any point the buyer requests a chargeback the buyer will lose all rights to the commission piece and be blacklisted.◇◇ I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. Therefore I, the artist, am allowed to use the artwork to: promote and display it on all social medias. ◇◇◇◇ The buyer is allowed to: use the commissioned piece for personal use, print personal copies of the artwork, use the art to promote themselves, use the artwork in monetized content as long as artwork is not the main subject of the earnings. ◇◇◇◇ The buyer is NOT allowed to: make prints of artwork to hand out for free or for profit, claim the artwork as their own, crop out my watermark, or use the artwork in any hateful way. ◇◇

BLACKLIST
The following are not to own my work. This includes being purchased for, gifted, or traded. Anyone giving my work to the following people will also be blocked and blacklisted.
I will not share my reasonings. All have broken my TOS or harassed myself or friends.◇ Careworn

These can be of a pre existing character you already own or a fully new custom design.Custom designs could be something we collaborate together, mood board inspiration, or artistic liberty.Redesigns of existing characters will be cheaper than a fully customized design. Please make sure original designer allows redesigns and please state what can be redesigned! I may ask you for designer's name.Notes:
Complex designs may increase price
